复合煤层露天矿软岩边坡参数逐阶段优化方法研究

    为解决复合煤层露天矿软岩边坡形态参数优化这一难题,从对影响边坡稳定性关键因素的分析出发,采用刚体极限平衡理论和FLAC3D数值模拟软件相结合的方法,结合露天矿采场自上而下逐水平形成的特点,提出了一种顺倾层状边坡参数逐阶段优化方法,将该方法应用于白音华一号露天矿北帮边坡,分4个阶段优化设计了该矿北帮复合煤层软岩露天矿边坡空间形态。研究结果表明:白音华一号露天矿北帮边坡滑坡模式以剪切圆弧为侧界面,以煤层顶、底板弱层为底界面的切层-顺层滑动;经逐阶段优化后,1煤的底板弱层以上台阶边坡角为12°,边坡平台宽为25 m;2煤的顶板弱层以上台阶边坡角为22°,边坡平盘宽为30 m;3-1煤的底板弱层以上台阶边坡角为15°,边坡平盘宽为54 m;3-2煤的底板弱层以上台阶边坡角为14°,边坡平盘宽为25 m;北帮最终设计边坡角由原设计13°提高至15°,多采煤量为443万t,多剥离岩量167万m3;经优化设计确定的复合煤层软岩露天矿边坡形态参数,可弥补采用传统方法设计造成的边坡角偏小的不足,实现经济效益最大化。


  • Abstract
    In order to solve the difficult problem of optimizing the morphological parameters of soft rock open pit slope in composite coal seam, based on the understanding of the key factors affecting the stability of slope, a method of combining rigid limit equilibrium software and FLAC3D numerical simulation software was adopted. From the top-down level of horizontal formation, a stage-by-stage optimization method for the sloped layered slope parameters is proposed. The method is applied to the northern slope of No. 1 Baiyinhua open-pit mine. It is optimized in four stages to study the spatial pattern of the soft rock open pit slope of the composite coal seam in the northern part of the mine. The results show that the landslide mode of the northern slope of the No. 1 Baiyinhua open-pit mine is a cut-sliding slip with the shear arc as the side interface and the weak layer of coal seam top and bottom as the bottom interface. The bottom slope of the weak layer above the coal floor is 12°, the width of Stage 1 slope platform is 25 m; the angle of step slope above the weak seam of coal is 22°, the width of Stage 2 slope is 30 m; the angle of step slope above weak seam of the No. 3-1 coal floor is 15°, the width of Stage 3 slope flat panel is 54 m; the angle of step slope above the weak seam of No.3-2 coal floor is 14°. The width of the flat plate of Section 4 is 25 m; the ultimate design slope angle of the northern slope is raised from 13° to 15° from the original design. The amount of coal to be mined is 4.43 million tons, and the amount of multi-stripping rock is 1.67 million m3. The research results can be used to optimize the design of the slope parameters of the composite coal seam soft rock open pit mine, to make up for the lack of slope angle caused by the traditional method design and to maximize the economic benefits.
