煤矿智能开采初级阶段问题分析与5G应用关键技术

    煤矿智能化是煤炭生产方式和生产力变革的新方向,是煤炭工业高质量发展的核心技术支撑,当前仍处于煤炭智能化开采的初级阶段。煤炭智能化的发展依赖于数据的高效传输和有效利用,如何解决多感知设备可靠接入、大容量数据高速传输和智能终端低延时控制的问题成为煤炭智能化开采面临的重要基础问题之一。为有效推动煤矿智能化开采的向前发展,分析了煤炭智能开采初级阶段在感知、决策和执行环节面临的短板问题;研究了在设备可靠性、信息传输和位置服务等基本保障技术方面的不足和未来发展方向;指出了工业控制软件在煤炭智能化开采和国家能源安全方面的重要性,提出了工业控制软件要实现自主可控,新技术应用要注重积累和重视基础研究的观点;从顶层设计、多网融合、网络转换、工控安全和应用场景5个方面分析了5G技术在煤炭智能开采应用中的关键问题,并指出5G不是要取代其他网络,而是能使得各种网络融合高效运转,同时提出工控安全将成为5G工业应用中的重要一环;给出了5G平台建设建议:建立微服务架构体系,设计好面向功能的MEC边缘计算模式,规划好针对场景的网络切片,重视5G智能终端研制,做好应用场景算法研究和软件开发。最后提出5G技术研发应用要注重技术生态建设,用好5G这一工具,推动人工智能、大数据、物联网、混合现实等技术在煤矿智能化开采中的落地。

  • Abstract

    Coal mine intelligentization is the new direction of coal production mode and productivity change and the core technical support for the high-quality development of coal industry.The development of coal intelligence depends on the efficient transmission and effective utilization of data.How to solve the problems of reliable access of multi-sensor equipment, high-speed transmission of large capacity data and low-latency control of intelligent terminals has become one of the important basic problems faced by intelligent coal mining.In order to effectively promote the development of intelligent mining in coal mines, the shortcomings faced in the perception, decision-making and execution of coal mining at the initial stage were analyzed; the basic support technologies such as equipment reliability, information transmission and location services were studied, and the insufficiency and future development direction were pointed out.The importance of industrial control software in the intelligent mining of coal and national energy security were emphasized,and the viewpoint that industrial control software should achieve independent controll ability was put forward, and the application of new technologies should focus on accumulation and basic research.From the five aspects of top-level design, multi-network integration, network conversion, industrial control security and application scenarios, the key issues of 5G technology in the application of intelligent coal mining were analyzed, and it ispointed out that 5G is not to replace other networks, but can make various networks merge efficiently in operation, and at the same time, it is proposed that industrial control security will become an important part of 5G industrial applications.The suggestions of 5G platform construction are given: a micro-service architecture system is established, a function-oriented MEC edge computing mode is designed, and the network slicing for scenarios is planned, and attention is paid to the development 5G intelligent terminals, and research on application scenario algorithms and software development.Finally, it is proposed that the research and application of 5G technology should focus on the construction of technological ecology, and make good use of 5G as a tool to promote the implementation of artificial intelligence, big data, Internet of things, mixed reality and other technologies in the intelligent mining of coal mines.
