摘要
为解决目前卡车巨型轮胎监控系统中传感器安装位置不能真实反映轮胎内腔压力、温度等问题,基于巨型轮胎特征研究提出了一种车载监控器安装方式;针对轮胎监控系统温度信号高于(低于)设定最高(最低)温度阈值时无有效解决措施,基于卡车各部件安装位置研究提出增设冷却组件(融雪组件)的解决方法;为了实现轮胎监控系统远程监控,基于大数据处理、物联网与互联网+等先进技术研究,提出了建立集团化远程集中监控平台和制造厂商远程制造服务平台的解决方案。现场应用表明:应用轮胎监控系统后国产轮胎使用寿命平均小时数由2013年的1 957 h上升到2016年的4 883 h;矿用卡车与轮胎维护人员配比由传统12减少为21,同时能及时发现巨型轮胎安全隐患并有效处置。

of adding cooling components( snow melting components) is proposed based on the study of the installation positions of truck components. In order to realize remote m
onitoring of tire monitoring system,based on the research of advanced technologies such as big data processing,Internet of Things and internet plus,a solution is propos
ed to establish a group remote centralized monitoring platform and a remote manufacturing service platform for manufacturers. Field application shows that the average
service life of domestic tires increased from 1 957 h in 2013 to 4 883 h in 2016 after the tire monitoring system was applied. The ratio of mine trucks to tire maintenance
personnel is reduced from the traditional 1 : 2 to2 : 1,and the potential safety hazard of giant tires can be found in time and effectively disposed of in time.
