    为实现综采工作面设备运行姿态的自主监测和协同控制,以满足煤炭智能化开采需求,针对工作面三机设备现有惯性测量、传感器测量和视觉测量等位姿测量技术的研究现状,分析已有测量技术在井下工作面实际应用中存在的问题,提出了当前煤矿井下三机设备位姿测量技术所面临的难题及相应解决对策,对今后综采工作面设备位姿参数的全面精确获取,设备位姿状态的实时远程监测及设备位姿信息的有效关联和姿态优化等技术进行了展望。分析表明:现有测量技术虽能基本上实现三机位姿状态信息的获取,但测量效果受工作面地质条件影响较大,且在测量精度、测量参数的全面性和自动化测量程度等方面有待进一步提高;多数矿井仍需采用传统测量方式,人工劳力未能得到完全解放;其他领域先进位姿测量技术在综采工作面的应用已见成效,但因井下特殊开采环境产生的系列技术难题仍待进一步突破。通过深入研究,促进多种测量技术相互融合,实现三机设备位姿信息间的互补与校正,突破现有测量技术瓶颈,解决先进测量技术跨领域应用的适应性难题,同时自主研发精度高、稳定性强的工作面设备位姿测量系统,提高工作面设备位姿智能化监测水平,是保证煤炭安全高效生产,实现智能化、无人化开采的重要途径。

  • Abstract
    To realize the independent monitoring and cooperative control of the operation posture in the fully-mechanized coal mining face equipment to meet the needs of intelligent coal mining,the current status of the research on the posture measurement technologies of the existing inertial measurement,sensor measurement and visual measurement of the hydraulic support,scraper conveyor,shearer in the face and problems of the existing measurement technology in the practical application were analyzed.The difficulties faced by the current position and attitude measurement technology on hydraulic support,scraper conveyor,shearer in coal mines and the corresponding solutions were proposed,and future technologies such as comprehensive and accurate acquisition of equipment posture parameters,real-time remote monitoring of equipment posture status,and equipment posture information effective association and optimization were prospected.The analysis shows that the existing measurement technology can basically achieve the acquisition of hydraulic support,scraper conveyor,shearer posture state information,but the measurement effect is greatly affected by the geological conditions of the working face,and it needs to be further improved in terms of accuracy,comprehensiveness of measurement parameters,and degree of automation.Most mines still need to use traditional measurement methods,resulting in uncomplete liberation of manual labor.The application of advanced technologies in the fully mechanized mining face has achieved results,but series of technical problems caused by the special mining environment still need to be further broken through.In further research,to promote the integration of multiple measurement technologies for realizing the complementarity and correction between the posture information of the hydraulic support,scraper conveyor,shearer,to break through the bottleneck of existing measurement technology,to solve the adaptive problems of advanced measurement technology,to independently develop high-precision and stable position and attitude measurement system of working face equipment,and to improve the intelligent monitoring level of working face equipment’s posture to ensure coal safe and efficient production is an important way to realize intelligent and unmanned mining.
