    系统梳理了我国煤矿矿井水的处理技术现状,对高悬浮物矿井水、高矿化度矿井水和含特殊组分矿井水的常用处理技术进行了对比分析。近年来高矿化度和含特殊组分矿井水逐年增多,相关水质标准大幅提高,给煤矿矿井水处理提出了更高的要求。为了适应新形势,煤矿矿井水处理技术应通过科技创新,实现矿井水大规模低成本处理,支撑矿井水高效利用,一是要大力发展井下处理技术,利用井下空间和岩体自然净化优势大幅降低矿井水处理成本,并实现矿井水大规模调配与利用;二是要因地制宜利用西部矿区丰富的太阳能、地热等新能源以及火电厂余热等,驱动低温多效蒸发、膜蒸馏等处理技术,可大幅降低处理能耗;三是要通过对相关标准体系的完善,促进矿井水处理实现“ 分级处理、分质利用”。



  • Abstract

    The present situation of coal mine water treatment technology in China is summarized systematically. The common treatment technologies of high suspended mine water, high salinity mine water and mine water containing special components are compared and analyzed. In recent years, coal mine water with high salinity and special components has been increasing year by year, and the relevant water quality standards have been greatly improved, which puts forward higher requirements for coal mine water treatment. In order to adapt to the new situation, coal mine water treatment technology should achieve large-scale low-cost treatment through scientific and technological innovation, and support the efficient use of mine water. First, it is necessary to vigorously develop underground treatment technology, make use of the advantages of underground space and rock mass natural purification, greatly reduce the cost of mine water treatment, and realize efficient utilization; the second is to use the abundant solar energy, geothermal and other new energy sources in western mining areas and waste heat from thermal power plants in accordance with local conditions to drive low-temperature multi-effect evaporation, membrane distillation and other treatment technologies, which can greatly reduce treatment energy consumption; The third is to promote mine water treatment to achieve “graded treatment and quality utilization” through the improvement of relevant standard systems.
