Study on the spatial network structure characteristics and influencing factors of provincial carbon transfer

结合新能源产业特点构建高质量发展效率评价指标体系,选取新能源汽车、光伏、风电以及核电产业上市企业为例,运用DEA模型对金融支持新能源产业高质量发展效率进行静态和动态分析,并进一步建立Tobit回归模型探究影响高质量发展效率的因素。结果表明:我国新能源产业在金融支持下的整体高质量发展效率呈现小幅度波动上升趋势,产业间高质量发展效率差距明显;新能源产业存在金融资源配置效率低下问题,并制约了技术发展能力的充分发挥;企业自主发展能力对新能源产业高质量发展效率具有显著推动作用。
The allocation of carbon quotas in various provinces is a major problem after the full launch of China's carbon trading, and under the strong constraints of the dual carbon targets, it is crucial to clarify and clarify the transfer path of carbon emissions in various provinces to achieve the regional carbon emission reduction strategy.Based on the multi-regional input-output model, this paper calculates the scale of provincial carbon transfer, uses social network analysis to characterize the spatial structure of carbon transfer network, and further discusses the influencing factors of carbon transfer network.The study found that: (1) From 2007 to 2017, the scale of China's provincial carbon transfer showed an upward trend and there was a significant regional imbalance.Most of the net carbon transfer provinces were energy-intensive provinces and manufacturing industry provinces, and the net carbon transfer regions were mainly distributed in coastal developed regions such as Jiangsu and Zhejiang.(2) The provincial carbon transfer spatial network has significant spatial spillover effect and weak stability characteristics.The block model results show that the central and eastern provinces play a “bridge” role, while the central and southwestern regions play a “two-way spillover” role.(3) QAP regression results show that carbon transfer is more likely to occur between provinces with similar economic level and investment and consumption structure, and environmental path dependence is the most important factor affecting the structure of provincial carbon transfer network.
