摘要
随着煤矿智能化以及5G技术的快速发展,为了适应煤矿智能化的发展需要,设计了一款基于RK3568为核心处理器的采煤机5G智能控制器,以矿用5G通信技术为基础,通过该5G控制器、矿用隔爆5G路由器、矿用5G基站等组成采煤机5G通信系统,将采煤机摄像头视频、各传感器数据、采煤机工作状态数据等通过5G上传至地面调度中心,实现通信的高可靠、大带宽和低延时。

Abstract
With the rapid development of coal mine intelligence and 5G technology, in order to meet thedevelopment needs of coal mine intelligence, a 5G intelligent controller of coal winning machine based on RK3568as the core processor was designed. Based on mining 5G communication technology, the 5G communication systemof coal winning machine was composed of the 5G controller, flameproof 5G router and 5G base station for mining.To upload coal winning machine camera video, sensor data and coal winning machine working status data to theground dispatching center by 5G, which realizes communication high reliability, large bandwidth and low delay.
