    含大量高灰细泥的煤泥水在沉降浓缩阶段通常会添加大量高分子聚丙烯酰胺(PAM),加速细粒煤的沉降,但PAM的过量使用使浓缩机底流更加黏稠,导致压滤周期延长。通过向含大量高分子PAM的矿浆中添加无机盐FeSO4、K2S2O8溶液,进行不同药剂用量下煤泥的压滤试验,对药剂添加前后PAM溶液和含PAM矿浆的黏度、颗粒表面电性及颗粒团聚形态进行测试分析,探讨FeSO4、K2S2O8的作用机理。结果表明:FeSO4、K2S2O8可降解矿浆中的大分子PAM,降低矿浆黏度,形成松散的大絮体,提高速度,缩短压滤周期,降低滤饼含水率。由于FeSO4兼具对PAM的化学降解和对微细颗粒的凝聚作用,其助滤效果优于K2S2O8。当FeSO4用量为1000g/t时矿浆黏度降低482mPa·s,压滤时间缩短70.97%,滤饼含水率降低2.31%。FeSO4价廉易得,可在选煤厂高泥化煤泥脱水助滤上发挥积极作用。
  • Abstract
    Coal slime water containing a large number of high-ash slime usually adds a large amount of polyacryla-mide ( PAM ) in thesedimentation and concentration stage, so that the underflow of the thickener will be more viscous, resulting in prolonged pressure filtration cycle. In this paper, by adding inorganic salts FeSO4 and K2S2O8 solution to the slurry containing a large amount of polyacrylamide,the slime pressure filtration test under different dosage of reagents was carried out. The viscosity of PAM solution and PAM containing slurry before and after the addition of reagents, the surface electrical properties of particles and the morphology of particle agglomeration weretested and analyzed, and the mechanism of FeSO4 and K2 S2 O8 was discussed. The results show that FeSO4 and K2 S2 O8 can degradethe macromolecular polypro-pylene aminoamide in the pulp, reduce the viscosity of the pulp, form loose large flocs, improve the pressurefiltration speed, shorten the pressure filtration cycle, and reduce the water content of the filter cake. Because FeSO4 has both chemicaldegradation of PAM and aggregation of fine particles, its filter aid effect is better than K2S2O8. When the dosage of FeSO4 is 1 000 g/ t,the slurry viscosity is reduced by 482 mPa·s, the pressure filtration time is shortened by 70.97%, and the moisture content of the filter cake is reduced by 2.31%. FeSO4 is cheap and easy to obtain, which can play an active role in the dewatering and filtra-tion ofhigh mud coal slime in coal preparation plant.
