    针对煤矿采掘机械化比例失调矛盾比较突出的现象,研究了煤巷快速掘进技术和模式。在分析掘进管理、设备研发、快速掘进类型等发展的基础上,探讨了掘进与支护以及工作机械与辅助机械的制约关系,研究了锚杆支护机具布置及自动化、掘进工作面部分支护、辅助作业机械化、动力控制联合设计等关键技术,阐述了掘进机位不横向调动、减少掘进工作面支护作业、物料运输连续化等快速掘进技术具备的基本特点;同时介绍了单功能掘进、自行式掘锚运、掘锚运一体化和掘进与辅助机械统筹模式发展趋势。神东第1套快速掘进后配套设备通过持续改进,月进尺由最初1 505 m到成功突破3 000 m的实践结果表明:从机械化掘进系统的角度设计、运行、管理快速掘进,其装备和工艺技术向掘支运辅一体化的方向发展是正确的。

    According to the mining and driving mechanized percentage imbalance contradiction occurred in the coamine,the paper studied the seam gateway rapid driving fech nology and made. Based on the a alysis of the driving management equipment research and developmentraid driving and other development.the paper dscussed the containt relationship between the driving and support as well s the work machinery and auillay machinery,studied the layout and mechanization of theboft support machine and toos,parialsupport of the gateway drving face mechanization of the a urllary operation.comined design ofthe powe control and other key echnology and stated no lateral mobility of the gateway driving machine.the reducion on support opeation of dnving face,mateial ransportation coniuous and othrbasic features of the rapid driving technology .Meanwile,the paper inroduced single funcion drving elf 且lking type drnving /biling f ranspoteaiondivs g, aoling transportation integration,and driving and auiliary machinery overall lanning development tendenc With the sustanable imnprovemen ofthe frs set atched eouipment behind the rapid driving in Shendong.the month advanced rate was a successtul breakthough from 1505 m to 3 0 m an the pracices showed thatfrom thedesgn.operation and management of the rapid drving of the mechanized drving sysem ,the equioment and 'echnolog forward to the development of the drving support,tansportation and auxiliary integration was correct.
