现代社会仍然深度依赖于石油、天然气、煤炭和地热资源等地下能源开采。同时,地下构造可以作为储存绿色、清洁、可再生能源(如风能和太阳能、地热和氢气)的“储存仓库”,为温室气体提供安全、长期的储存条件。然而,要充分了解地下构造的复杂性是颇具挑战性的工作。随着地下能源开采强度增加,地下工程领域要求对地下构造的复杂性有更深入、清晰的了解,以便于提高了解和改造地下各类构造的能力,从而最大限度地开采能源并削减对环境的负面影响。
本专题依托InterPore2023国际会议 (15th Annual Interntional Conference on Porous Media) 分论坛MS06-A "Physics of multiphase flow in diverse porous media",将涵盖基于能源开采和碳存储的地下裂缝和流体流动特征和建模等领域的基础研究和技术创新,旨在更好地了解全球范围内相关领域的最新研究现状并阐明现有问题,助力深部能源高效开采和“双碳”战略实施。
