    为了提高支撑剂在压裂液中的悬浮性能、改善支撑剂在裂缝中的分布、简化压裂施工流程、提高压裂效率及煤层气产量,研究制备了一种新型自悬浮支撑剂,并对其进行了性能研究和现场应用。新型自悬浮支撑剂主要由石英砂和丙烯酰胺基聚合物构成,遇水可快速膨胀,体积增大而密度减小。此外,丙烯酰胺基聚合物伸展缠绕以增大水的黏度,进一步提升支撑剂的悬浮能力。实验表明,该支撑剂具有良好的悬浮性能、耐盐性能和破胶性能,煤心伤害率仅为17.67%。将新型自悬浮支撑剂应用于沁水盆地南部晋城斜坡带樊庄区块2对矿井,日产气量显著提高。研究表明,新型自悬浮支撑剂各方面性能优异,在煤层气增产方面效果显著,具有良好的经济效益和应用前景。
  • Abstract
    To enhance the suspension performance of proppants in fracturing fluids, improve their distribution within fractures,simplify the fracturing process,and boost fracturing efficiency and coalbed methane production,a novel self-suspending proppant has been developed and subjected to performance evaluation and field application. The new type of self-suspension proppant was mainly composed of quartz sand and acrylamide-based polymers,which could be rapidly expanded in contact with water,with the volume increasing and density decreasing. In addition,the stretching and winding of acrylamide-based polymers increases the viscosity of the water,thereby further enhancing the suspension ability of the proppant. Experiments showed that the proppant had good suspension performance,salt resistance and gel breaking performance,and the coal core damage rate was only 17. 67%. The new self-suspended proppant was applied to two pits in Fanzhuang block of Jincheng slope zone in the southern Qinshui Basin,and the daily gas production was significantly increased. The study demonstrates that the novel self-suspending proppant exhibits excellent performance in all aspects and is highly effective in enhancing coalbed methane production. It also offers significant economic benefits and promising application prospects.
