    根据梁北煤矿11071综采工作面瓦斯地质情况和采煤工艺条件,通过对实中心调斜和虚中心调斜方案优缺点的分析比较结果,选择采取围绕虚中心旋转调斜开采的施工方案,并通过精确计算得出调斜开采的技术参数指标,同时确定了调斜开采的工艺流程和安全技术保障措施。实践证明,该调斜开采方案简化了机巷运煤系统,解决了调斜期间虚中心控制、支架姿态控制、运输机上窜下滑控制、转载机和运输机搭接控制和超前应力控制等难题,实现了工作面在调斜开采期间不间断推进,给矿井带来了巨大的技术进步和经济效益。

  • Abstract

    Based on the gas geology and mining technique conditions of fully mechanized mining face at Liangbei Coal Mine, the real center roll steering plan was compaed with the virtual center’s. It was chosen to adopt the roll steering mining around virtual center. The technical parameter indicators of roll steering mining were accurately calculated. At the same time, the process flow and safety technical guarantee measures for roll steering mining were determined. Through practice, it has been proven that this mining plan simplifies the coal transportation system of the machine roadway, solves problems such as virtual center control, support attitude control, scraper conveyor up and down slippage control, overlap control of reversed loader and conveyor, and advance stress control during the roll steering mining period, and achieves uninterrupted advancement of the working face during the roll steering mining period, bringing huge economic benefits and profound technical precipitation to the mine.
