  • 摘要
    为了解决曹家滩煤矿在开采过程中产生的大量煤矸石固体废弃物堆积,造成地面土地资源浪费和环境污染等问题,设计了一套煤矸石规模化注浆充填工艺,包括煤矸石的破碎、制浆、泵送及管道输送等流程。采用“三级破碎+球磨制粉”的“多破少磨”地面破碎制浆方案,通过邻位注浆充填工艺将煤矸石浆液注入井下采空区的冒落带,实现了一期100万t/a煤矸石规模化处理。现场应用表明,浆液扩散效果良好,钻孔1和钻孔2现场实际处理煤矸石量为38000t,理论计算可处理煤矸石量为46888.6t,堆积高度和扩散半径符合预期,有效减少了矿区环境污染,降低了煤矸石外运成本,实现了煤矸石规模化处置。
  • Abstract
    In order to dispose the large amount of coal waste rock, in the mining process at Caojiatan Coal Mine, which causes land resources waste and environmental pollution, a set of large-scale grouting and filling process is designed for the gangue crushing, slurry preparing, pumping and pipe transportation. It employs a scheme of three-level grading crushing plus ball milling pulverizing, which applied more crushing and less milling links on the surface. The coal waste slurry is grouted into underground goaf caving zone, which can process Mt/ a waste rock. The on - site practice shows that slurry grouting is efficient; the No. 1 and No. 2 boreholes can practically process 0. 038 Mt coal waste rock, theoretically process 0. 046886 Mt. The waste pile height and radium are in line with expectation, which efficiently reduce mine area environmental pollution as well as waste rock ship-out cost, realizing large-scale disposal of coal waste rock.
