    永红煤矿以往传统留设38~45m区段大煤柱造成资源严重浪费,以15102特厚煤层大采高综放面为工程背景,采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场观测方法,对小煤柱沿空掘巷技术进行实践研究。计算得到小煤柱宽度上下限,确定合理的小煤柱宽度为6m,对掘进和回采期间小煤柱沿空巷道支护进行设计。结果表明:采用6m小煤柱沿空掘巷技术能有效控制掘进和回采期间围岩稳定性,可显著提高资源回收率。
  • Abstract
    The traditional setting of large coal pillars in the 38-45 m section of Yonghong Coal Mine in the past caused serious waste of resources. Taking the 15102 extra thick coal seam large mining height fully mechanized caving face as the engineering background, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, and on-site observation methods are used to conduct practical research on the technology of small coal pillar roadway excavation along goaf, the upper and lower limits of the width of the small coal pillar are calculated, determine a reasonable small coal pillar width of 6 m, design is conducted on support of the small coal pillar roadway along goaf during excavation and stoping period. The results show that the use of a 6-meter small coal pillar roadway excavation along goaf technology can effectively control the stability of the surrounding rock during excavation and stoping period, and significantly improve the resource recovery rate.
