    竹林山煤矿采用“一井一面”的生产组织方式,为了有效规避通道围岩大变形问题,该矿传统的回撤通道施工工艺为使用掘进机现掘,该工艺存在施工速度慢、工期长的缺点,严重迟滞设备回撤进度,影响采掘正常接续。鉴于此,开展了回撤通道施工工艺优化研究,在具体分析传统施工方法存在不足的基础上,提出了优化原则;通过针对性技术分析和借鉴目前较为成熟的材料、工艺,提出了“注浆加固顶帮+高强度柔性网+采煤机割煤”的优化施工工艺,并确认了施工参数。在1403工作面回撤通道施工的应用中工期缩短了11d,为综采工作面设备安全快速回撤创造了有利的条件。

  • Abstract

    Zhulinshan Coal Mine adopts a "one well, one side" production organization method. In order to effectively avoid the problem of large deformation of the surrounding rock of the channel, the traditional construction process of the withdrawal channel in this mine is to use a roadheader for on-site excavation. This process has the disadvantages of slow construction speed and long construction period, which seriously delays the progress of equipment withdrawal and affects the normal continuation of mining and excavation. In view of this, research is conducted on the optimization of the construction process for the withdrawal channel. Based on a specific analysis of the shortcomings of traditional construction methods, optimization principles are proposed; through targeted technical analysis and reference to currently relatively mature materials and processes, an optimized construction process of "grouting and roof side reinforcement+high-strength flexible mesh+coal mining machine coal cutting" is proposed, and the construction parameters are confirmed. In the application of the withdrawal channel construction in the 1403 working face, the construction period is shortened by 11 days, creating favorable conditions for the safe and rapid withdrawal of equipment in the fully mechanized mining face.
