摘要
小常煤业30212综采工作面三角煤区域存在开采难、煤炭回收率低等问题,为实现30212工作面三角煤区域高效回收,对三角煤区域进行扇形开采的实践研究。针对30212工作面三角煤区域,设计刀把面和扇形面两种开采方案,经技术经济对比分析确定该三角煤区域采用扇形开采方案,对扇形开采方案设备配置、进刀方式、工艺流程等关键技术进行分析阐述。扇形开采方案优化了煤层开采布局,顶板离层监测和巷道变形均在可控范围,实现了30212工作面三角煤的安全高效回收,共回收煤量约15.9万t,安全经济效益显著。

Abstract
There are problems such as difficult mining, low coal recovery rate and so on existing in the triangular coal area of the 30212 fully mechanized mining face of Xiaochang Coal Industry. In order to achieve efficient recovery of the triangular coal area in the 30212 working face, practical research is conducted on fan-shaped mining in the triangular coal area. Aiming at the triangular coal area in the 30212 working face, two mining schemes are designed, namely the knife handle face and the fan-shaped face. Through technical and economic comparison analysis, it is determined that the triangular coal area adopts the fan-shaped mining scheme. Analysis and expound are conducted on the key technologies such as equipment configuration, feed knife mode, and process flow, etc of the fan-shaped mining scheme. The fan-shaped mining scheme optimizes the coal seam mining layout, with roof layer separation monitoring and roadway deformation within a controllable range, achieving safe and efficient recovery of triangular coal in the 30212 working face. The total amount of coal recovered is about 159 000 tons, and the safety and economic benefits are significant.
