    分析了石门揭开构造软煤带诱发煤体突出机理,针对石门揭煤发生突出的危险性大和强度高的问题,提出了构造软煤带深孔控制预裂爆破消突和快速成巷技术,并在芦岭矿进行了现场试验。结果表明:采取深孔爆破后24 h内,抽采瓦斯的体积分数和纯流量长时间保持为原来的2~3倍;采用大断面U型钢棚快速成巷技术,巷道断面增加41%,保证了安全生产。在石门揭煤期间,有效杜绝了瓦斯超限和突出事故,也未出现片帮、漏顶和冒顶事故,揭煤时间缩短5~8 d。
  • Abstract
    Analyzed the coal outburst mechanism occurred by the structure soft coal zone opened at the cross-cut, according to the outburst high danger and high strength problems occurred by the seam opened at the cross-cut, the pre-cracking blasting with deep boreholes in the structure soft coal zone for the outburst eliminati on and the rapid mine roadway construction technology were provided and the site test research was carried out in Luling Coal Mine.The results showed that with 24 ho urs after the deep borehole blasting, the drained gas volume fraction and the pure flow kept in long time was 23 times higher than the previous. The large cross section r oadway rapid construction technology with U type steel shield support applied could make the gateway cross section increase by 41% and ensured the mine safety prod uction.During the seam opened at cross-cut period, the gas content over the limit and the outburst accident was effectively eliminated, there was no coal wall spalling, r oof leakage and roof failing accident occurred and the time to open the seam reduced by 58 days.
