    针对煤矿井下带式输送机托辊使用寿命短的问题,对采用T4003不锈钢研制长寿命托辊筒皮进行了研究。通过盐雾腐蚀试验、周期浸润腐蚀试验和腐蚀湿磨交替作用试验,对比研究了T4003长寿命托辊筒皮与Q345B传统碳钢筒皮的耐蚀耐磨性能;研究了T4003不锈钢焊管接头性能与尺寸精度,提出了T4003筒皮与08Al轴承座的异种钢焊接的工艺参数,对焊接设备及配套焊材进行了选型,测试分析了焊接接头组织、冲击性能、拉伸性能、接头显微硬度;对比分析了T4003和Q345B作为托辊筒皮的切削加工性,最后分析了基于T4003筒皮的带式输送机托辊的制造成本。结果表明:采用T4003不锈钢作为长寿命托辊筒皮具有较好的可行性,本研究提出的相关工艺和设备能够保证采用T4003锈钢加工筒皮时的切削加工性和焊接性。
  • Abstract
    The service life of belt conveyor roller in coal mine is short. In order to prolong the roller's life, the stainless steel T4003 is used to develop the roller skin. Through the salt spray corrosion test, the periodic infiltration corrosion test, the corrosion wet grinding alternate action test and the wet grinding test, the corrosion and wear resistance of T4003 and the traditional roller skin Q345B are studied. The performance and dimensional accuracy of the welding joint of T4003 stainless steel are studied. The welding parameters of T4003 and 08Al which is the material of the bearing base, are presented. The structure, the impact property, the tensile property and the microhardness of welding joint are tested and analyzed. Moreover, the machinability of T4003 and Q345B are studied. The cutting tools, the welding equipment and the welding wire are selected to manufacture the T4003 made roller skin. Results of experimental studies and field applications show that, T4003 can be used as the long life roller skin. The proposed process and equipment in can ensure the machinability and weldability of T4003 when it is used as the roller skin. This paper provides technical support for developing long-life roller of belt conveyor in coal mine.
