    为有效解决管状带式输送机因跑偏、扭转等故障导致的设备停运、损坏、使用寿命降低等实际问题,基于故障产生的原因分析,逐步形成了以跑偏及扭转故障管控、辅助清扫措施设置、电气保护设施设计、日常检查和周期性检查维护为一体的综合治理方案。生产实践表明:经过综合治理,管状带式输送机事故率有效降低,轻微跑偏故障处理时间能有效缩短至10 min以内,输送带有效使用年限延长50%。该治理方案解决了管状带式输送机常见的故障,提高了自动监测保护水平,可以有效避免事故的扩大化,降低事故处理难度,延长运输设备的使用寿命,有利于生产的稳定运行。

  • Abstract

    Side travel and twisting of tubular-belt conveyor can lead to shutdown, damage and shortening of service life of the conveyor. Aiming to finding an effective solution to the common faults, based on analysis of the factors leading to the faults, integrated countermeasures are adopted, such as taking precautionary measures to guard against occurrence of belt side-travel and twisting faults, adding auxiliary cleaning units, improving design of electrical control devices and strengthening routine and periodical inspection and maintenance service. Practice shows that with implementation of the integrated measures, the fault rate of the conveyor has been effectively decreased; the time required to deal with a minor belt misalignment fault is reduced to less than 10 minutes; the service life of the belt is prolonged by 50 percent; the common fault occurring during operation of the conveyor have been eliminated; and the automatic monitoring and protection level has been notably enhanced, making it possible to effectively check a minor fault before it becomes worsening, conveyor ease remedial work, and maintain stable operation of conveyor.
