摘要
目前矿山面临地表沉陷控制及固废处置难题,提出了一种“以抛代夯”的综采抛矸充填技术,基于抛矸充填技术原理,构建了抛矸运动数学模型,得到了抛矸充填基本参数。在此基础上,搭建了抛矸充填模拟平台进行现场抛沙实验,研究并分析了综采抛矸充填技术的可行性及参数的合理性。研究结果表明:①抛矸过程各参数实际测量值及变化规律与理论值较为接近,可以通过理论来指导现场设计;②当抛射倾角为50°,抛矸速度大于8m/s时即可满足抛矸充填需求;③采用抛矸充填整体充填率可达95%以上,且矸石堆积角大小较自然堆积有明显提升,充填效果良好。

Abstract
In view of the difficulties in surface subsidence control and solid waste disposal in mines, a fully mechanized gangue- throwing filling technology of “throwing instead of tamping” was proposed. Based on the principle of gangue -throwing filling technology, the mathematical model of gangue-throwing movement was constructed, and the basic parameters of gangue filling were obtained. On this basis, a simulation platform for gangue-throwing backfilling was built to carry out on-site sand throwing tests, and the feasibility of fully mechanized mining gangue-throwing filling technology and the rationality of parameters were studied. The results show that: firstly, the measured values and variation rules of each parameter in the process of gangue-throwing are close to the theoretical values, the field design can be guided by theory; secondly, when the throwing angle is 50° and the throwing speed is greater than 8m/ s, it can meet the filling demand; thirdly, the overall filling rate of gangue filling can exceed 95%, and the accumulation angle of gangue is obviously higher than that of natural accumulation, achieving favorable filling effect.
