鉴于新版《煤矿安全规程》经全面修订后发布实施,将对我国煤矿安全生产工作产生重大影响、发挥重大作用,阐述了《煤矿安全规程》的历史沿革、本次修订坚持的基本原则及修改的整体情况,着重分析了新版规程对技术装备的主要调整及对应急救援的主要规定,以加深对规程规定的学习理解,促进各项规定的贯彻执行。

Due to the issue and practices of the new version Coal Mine Safety Regulations after the issue of the full revision,the new regulations would have the im portant influences and would play an important role in the safety production of China coal mine.The paper expounded the historical evolution of the Coal Mine Safety R egulations and the basic principles of the revision and the integrated condition of the revision.The paper stressed the analysis on the new version regulations to the maj or adjustment of the technical equipment and the major stipulations of the emergency rescue in order to deepen the learning understanding stipulated in the new regulat ions.
