    抽水蓄能电站机组频繁地进行抽水和发电工况转化,因此需要频繁地开关机。各工况下机组振动特性存在差异。为研究各工况下机组振动规律,以丰宁抽水蓄能电站1# 机组为研究对象,选取发电机上机架、水轮机顶盖和尾水管为监测点,实时监测在不同工况下,厂房横向、厂房纵向、和厂房竖向三个方向的振动加速度平均值和最大值。监测结果表明:发电机上机架、水轮机顶盖和尾水管振动最大方向分别为厂房横向、厂房纵向和厂房纵向;瞬态工况的振动加速度平均值为稳态工况的4~6 倍,抽水开机工况机组振动最剧烈;机组振动加速度最大值分布规律与机组振动加速度平均值分布规律类似,瞬态工况振动加速度最大值为稳态工况的4~6 倍,振动加速度最大值为振动加速度平均值的4 ~10 倍,水轮机顶盖振动加速度最大可达3. 61 m/ s2,小于安全阈值4. 72 m/ s2,机组振动安全性可以保证。

  • Abstract

    The units of pumped storage power station frequently convert pumping and power generation condi⁃tions,so they need to be switched on and off frequently. There are differences in the vibration characteristics ofthe unit under various working conditions. In order to study the vibration law of the unit under various workingconditions,the 1# unit of Fengning pumped storage power station is taken as the research object,and the upperframe of the generator,the top cover of the turbine and the draft tube are selected as the monitoring points. Theaverage and maximum values of vibration acceleration in the transverse,longitudinal and vertical directions ofthe plant under different working conditions are monitored in real time. The monitoring results show that themaximum vibration directions of the upper frame of the generator,the top cover of the turbine and the draft tubeare the transverse direction of the plant,the longitudinal direction of the plant and the longitudinal direction ofthe plant respectively. The average vibration acceleration of the transient condition is 4-6 times that of the steady state condition,and the vibration of the unit is the most severe under the pumping start condition. Thedistribution law of the maximum vibration acceleration of the unit is similar to the distribution law of the aver⁃age vibration acceleration of the unit. The maximum vibration acceleration of the transient condition is 4~6times of the steady state condition,and the maximum vibration acceleration is 4~10 times of the average vibra⁃tion acceleration. The maximum vibration acceleration of the turbine head cover can reach 3. 61m/ s2,which isless than the safety threshold of 4. 72 m/ s2,and the vibration safety of the unit can be guaranteed.
