水中粪大肠菌群的测定—— 多管发酵法与酶底物法的比较

    采用多管发酵法和酶底物法,同步测定30个平行样品中的粪大肠菌群。比较数据结果表明,2种方法测定的实验结果具有相关性,且在统计学上没有显著差异。多管发酵法虽作为经典的粪大肠菌群检测方法,需要的试剂和器材比较多,分析步骤多,检测周期长,样品检测结果的相对偏差明显高于酶底物法。酶底物法检测周期短,操作方便,对试验环境条件要求低,弥补了多管发酵法的不足能更好满足环境监测要求。
  • Abstract
    Simultaneous determination of fecal coliforms in 30 parallel samples was carried out by using the multi-tube fermentation method and the enzymatic substrate method. The results of the comparative data showed that the experimental results determined by the two methods were correlated and not statistically significantly different. Although the multi-tube fermentation method, as a classical method for fecal coliform detection, requires more reagents and equipment, more analytical steps, and a long detection cycle, the relative deviation of the sample results was significantly higher than that of the enzyme substrate method. The enzyme substrate method has a shorter detection period, is easy to operate, and requires less environmental conditions, which makes up for the shortcomings of the multi-tube fermentation method and can better meet the requirements of environmental monitoring.
