Fatigue life analysis of chain ring of scraper conveyor in Jinbei Coal Industry

链环是刮板输送机中连接刮板和驱动装置的关键部件,但煤矿井下工作环境恶劣,载荷复杂多变,导致链环的疲劳形式繁多。本文以晋北煤业5-409工作面使用的SGZ1000/1400型刮板输送机为研究对象,考虑刮板输送机实际运行时的状态,开展刮板输送机链环疲劳寿命分析,介绍了刮板输送机的结构组成和工作原理,建立了链环的三维模型和有限元分析模型,对链环进行了应力分析,研究链环在平稳运行工况和超负荷运行工况下的疲劳寿命。研究结果可以帮助矿方掌握刮板输送机链环的疲劳失效位置和疲劳寿命,提前发现链环工作中存在的问题,保证煤矿安全、高效生产。
Chain link is a key component connecting scraper and driving device in scraper conveyor. However, the working environment in coal mine is harsh and the load is complex and changeable, which leads to many fatigue forms of chain link. In this paper, the SGZ1000 / 1400 scraper conveyor used in the 5-409 working face of Jinbei Coal Industry is taken as the research object. Considering the actual operation state of the scraper conveyor, the fatigue life analysis of the scraper conveyor chain ring is carried out. The structure and working principle of the scraper conveyor are introduced. The three-dimensional model and finite element analysis model of the chain ring are established. The stress analysis of the chain ring is carried out to study the fatigue life of the chain ring under the stable operation condition and overload operation condition. The research results can help the mine to grasp the fatigue failure position and fatigue life operation life of the scraper conveyor chain link, find out the problems existing in the work of the chain link in advance, and ensure the safe and efficient production of coal mines.
