Study on multi-mode collaborative prediction of regional gas critical value

为保证煤与瓦斯突出煤矿的安全生产和高产高效。本文以西马煤矿12号煤为研究对象,根据现场资料收集、地质资料汇总、对井下煤岩样品采集开展了实验室瓦斯基础参数测定(煤坚固性系数测定、瓦斯放散初速度指标测定、瓦斯吸附常数测定、瓦斯含量以及孔隙率测定)、瓦斯吸附解吸规律研究、多场耦合瓦斯突出数值模拟研究等工作。通过室内实验室和数值模拟相结合的手段,综合确定了西马煤矿瓦斯突出煤层瓦斯压力和瓦斯含量区域预测的瓦斯压力临界值为P<0.74 MPa、瓦斯含量临界值W<8.0 m3/t。对于矿井防治煤与瓦斯突出具有十分重要的意义,同时为煤矿企业的下一步开采设计和瓦斯治理提供技术支持。
In order to ensure the safety production and high yield and high efficiency of coal and gas outburst coal mine. In this paper, the No.12 coal in Xima Coal Mine is taken as the research object. According to the field data collection, geological data collection, and the collection of underground coal and rock samples, the laboratory gas basic parameter determination ( coal firmness coefficient determination, gas emission initial velocity index determination, gas adsorption constant determination, gas content and porosity determination ), gas adsorption and desorption law research, multi-field coupling gas outburst numerical simulation research and other work are carried out. Through the combination of indoor laboratory and numerical simulation, the critical value of gas pressure and gas content predicted in the gas outburst coal seam of Xima Coal Mine is P < 0.74 MPa and the critical value of gas content W < 8.0 m3/t. It is of great significance for the prevention and control of coal and gas outburst in mines, and provides technical support for the next mining design and gas control of coal mining enterprises.
