    针对现阶段煤矿企业井下微环境评估存在的评估指标特征单一、评估模型效率低等问题,提出一种基于NOSA的煤矿企业井下微环境风险评估模型。首先通过对煤矿企业井下8项微环境指标特征进行分析并将指标进行无量纲化处理;其次采用层次分析和模糊评估相结合的方法确定井下各项微环境指标的权重,将NOSA与各项环境危险因素权重结果融合,构成基于NOSA的煤矿企业井下微环境风险评估模型;最后将模型应用于陕西某矿,并从多维数据耦合分析、辅助决策方案的提出以及井上下设备联动等方面建立了对井下微环境管理的相关应对措施,应用结果表明:模型对该煤矿企业井下微环境的安全评估结果为较安全,对应NOSA管理的评级为三星,符合现场实际情况,所提模型能够较好的对煤矿企业井下微环境指标进行分析计算,对辅助提升煤矿企业井下微环境的日常管控水平奠定重要基础。
  • Abstract
    In order to solve the problems of single characteristics of evaluation index and low efficiency of evaluation model in the assessment of underground microenvironment of coal mining enterprises at this stage, a risk assessment model of underground microenvironment of coal mining enterprises based on NOSA was proposed. Firstly, the characteristics of eight micro-environmental indicators in the under- ground of coal mining enterprises were analyzed, and the indicators were dimensionless. Secondly, the combination of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy assessment was used to determine the weights of various underground micro-environmental indicators, and the weights of NOSA and various environmen- tal risk factors were integrated to form a risk assessment model of underground micro-environment of coal mining enterprises based on NOSA. Finally, the model is applied to a mine in Shaanxi, and the rel- evant countermeasures for the management of the underground microenvironment are established from the aspects of multi-dimensional data coupling analysis, auxiliary decision-making scheme and the link- age of underground equipment. It is of great guiding significance to assist in improving the management level of underground microenvironment in coal mining enterprises.
