    矿产资源开发难免对环境造成一定的影响,资源与环境平衡是绿色矿山建设的内核,是对矿产资源有序开发和矿业高质量发展起决定性作用的内因,是绿色矿山内涵的根本体现,是建立环境与资源平衡体系推动资源开发与环境保护相互协调发展的重要手段,而矿产资源平衡作为环境与资源平衡体系的重要组成部分,对于推进矿山企业可持续发展具有重要作用。阐释了矿产资源开发过程资源平衡的定义、资源平衡的意义、资源平衡的业务流向、资源平衡关系以及资源平衡计算公式、资源平衡表、根据资源平衡数学模型提出优化资源配置建议等内容。资源平衡是资源量、开采量、精矿量、尾矿量等各种要素在资源开发过程之间的动态平衡关系,涉及资源量、设计损失量、开采损失量与储量的转化关系,储量、贫化量、原矿量之间的开采变化关系,原矿量、精矿量、尾矿量之间的矿物加工转化关系组成。进行了资源平衡输入输出分析,介绍了输入端、中间端和输出端所涉及的主要技术,建立了资源平衡计算公式并解释了其物理含义,以某一矿山数据为例设计了资源平衡表,依据公式模型给出了优化资源平衡的方法、路径的建议。解释了资源开发与环境保护的关系以及资源开发与经济效益的平衡关系。
  • Abstract
    The development of mineral resources will inevitably have a certain impact on the environment. The balancebetween resources and the environment is the core of the green mine construction. It is the decisive internal factorfor the orderly development of mineral resources and the high-quality development of the mining industry. It is thefundamental embodiment of the connotation of green mines. Establishing an environmental and resource balance sys-tem is an important means to promote the coordinated development of resource exploitation and environmental protec-tion. As an integral part of the environmental and resource balance system,mineral resource balance plays a signifi-cant role in promoting the sustainable development of mining enterprises. This article explained the definition,signif-icance,transaction flow diagram and relationship diagram of resource balance in the mineral resource developmentprocess,as well as resource balance calculation formula,the resource balance table,and the proposal of optimal re-source allocation based on the resource balance mathematical model. Resource balance is the dynamic balance rela-tionship between various factors such as quantity of resource,mining volume,concentrate volume,and tailings volumein the resource development process. It involves the conversion relationship between resource volume, designlosses,mining losses and reserves,the mining change relationship between reserves,dilution quantity and raw ore a-mounts,and the transformation relationship of mineral processing among raw ores, concentrates and tailings. Theinput and output of resource balance were analyzed,the main core technologies involved in the input,intermediateand output ends were introduced. This study established a resource balance calculation formula and explained itsphysical meaning,designed a resource balance table with a mine data as an example, and gived the suggestionson methods and paths to optimize resource balance based on the formula model. It also explained the relationship be-tween resource development,and environmental protection,and the balance between resource development and eco-nomic benefits.
