Research on the effect of magnetic-electric coupling spraying dust reduction

为实现煤尘的有效防控,提出了磁−电耦合喷雾降尘技术。通过测量不同磁化强度和磁化时间下磁化水的表面张力和接触角,分析其润湿性能和雾化性能;使用最佳参数磁化水增加外加电场探寻电极电压、电极环参数,以及电极间距对磁−电耦合水的荷电特性和雾化性能的影响;通过自建除尘实验平台对比普通水、磁化水与磁−电耦合水的降尘效果;采用COMSOL软件模拟以上3种液体与煤尘颗粒的碰撞形态变化。实验结果表明:磁化水溶液的最佳降尘参数磁化强度为350 mT,磁化时间为30 min;磁−电耦合水最佳参数为电极电压9 kV、电极环参数8 cm和电极间距3.5 cm;磁−电耦合溶液的降尘效率高于其他2种液体,总粉尘时磁−电耦合喷雾捕尘效率比普通水提高38.84%,降尘效率达到91.2%;呼吸性粉尘时磁−电耦合喷雾捕尘效率比普通水提高38.59%,降尘效率达到82.3%;普通水、磁化水和磁−电耦合溶液3种工况中,磁−电耦合作用下的液滴更易黏附在煤尘颗粒表面。
In order to realize the effective prevention and control of coal dust, the magnetic-electric coupling spray dust reduction technology is proposed. First, by measuring the surface tension and contact angle of magnetized water under different magnetization intensities and magnetization times, its wetting and atomization properties are analyzed. Secondly, the magnetized water was magnetized with optimal parameters to increase the applied electric field to explore the effects of electrode voltage, electrode ring parameters, and electrode spacing on the charging characteristics and atomization performance of magneto-electrically coupled water. Then, the dust reduction effects of ordinary water, magnetized water and magneto-electrically coupled water were compared by the self-built dust removal experimental platform. Finally, COMSOL software is used to simulate the changes of collision patterns between the above three liquids and coal dust particles. The experimental results show that: the best dust reduction parameters of magnetized water solution are magnetization intensity of 350 mT and magnetization time of 30 min; the best parameters of magneto-electrically coupled water are electrode voltage of 9 kV, electrode ring parameter of 8 cm and electrode spacing of 3.5 cm; the dust reduction efficiency of magneto-electrically coupled solution is higher than that of other two kinds of liquids, and the dust capturing efficiency of magneto-electrically coupled spray is increased by 38.84% compared with that of ordinary water at the time of total dust, and the dust reduction efficiency reaches 91.2%; the dust capture efficiency of the magneto-electrically coupled spray is 38.59% higher than that of ordinary water in respirable dust, and the dust reduction efficiency reaches 82.3%. The droplets are more easily adhered to the surface of coal dust particles under the three working conditions of ordinary water, magnetized water and magneto-electrically coupled solution.
