摘要
为了解决我国“三下”压煤开采问题,实现煤炭资源绿色开采,基于近40年来离层注浆充填减沉工程案例,研究了覆岩离层注浆充填减沉机理,从地质因素、采矿因素和注浆材料三个方面对该技术的应用条件进行了深入分析,并在潞安集团夏店煤矿3117工作面开展覆岩离层注浆充填试验。研究表明:覆岩离层注浆充填在应用过程中不能简单均化处理,地质因素中的地层岩性、注浆关键层层位和地质构造是首要考虑的条件,影响离层形成和发展的时间及空间;采矿因素中的煤层采出厚度、开采深度、工作面采宽、开采速度对离层空间形成的大小有着重要作用,进而影响注浆充填减沉效果;注浆材料对注浆工程的经济效益有着直接的影响。

Abstract
To solve the problem of mining under buildings, railways and water body, and realize green mining of coal resources, based on the cases about reducing subsidence by separation layer grouting for past years, we analyzed the mechanism of subsidence reducing by separated layer grouting, from three aspects, i. e. geological factors, mining factors and grouting materials. We illustrated a case of grouting and filling in overlying strata in No. 3117 working face of Xiadian Coal Mine of Lu'an Group. The analysis indicates that the grouting and filling in overburden separated layer cannot be simply dealt with the same application process. The stratum lithology, grouting key strata horizon and geological structure among the geological factors are the primary conditions, which affect the time and space of formation and development of separation layer. Among the mining factors, the mining thickness, mining depth, width of the working face and mining speed have an important influence on the formation of separation space, which further determines the effect of reducing subsidence by grouting filling. Grouting materials have a direct impact on the economic benefits of grouting engineering.
