    针对煤矿井下防治水定向钻孔采用普通孔口法兰注浆工艺存在浆液易沉淀、注浆量小、全孔段被注实,造成注浆效果不理想和大量重复进尺的问题,在煤矿注浆用止浆塞分段注浆和煤矿井下水力分段压力技术的基础上,结合井下施工特点,设计了一种MX-100型裸眼封隔器,具有单通道双流向结构、长胶筒设计和易脱开保护套设计等特点。通过室内试验验证了封隔器的工作性能,同时对煤矿井下封隔器定点注浆技术进行了研究,形成了一套封隔器注浆工艺方法。该技术在新安矿15150工作面下部底板巷底板灰岩定向钻孔1号孔施工中进行了试验,出水点孔深为391m、出水量为44m3/h,封隔器设置在孔深280m处并成功进行了坐封,坐封压力为10MPa,最终注浆压力达到设计的8MPa,总注浆干料达514t。相较于同类型定向钻孔采用孔口注浆工艺注浆时,明显提高了注浆量,同时也减少了280m定向钻孔的重复进尺。试验结果表明,该封隔器能够在裸眼钻孔中坐封牢固,能够实现近水平定向钻孔孔内分段定点注浆,同时也减少了不必要的重复进尺,为煤矿井下防治水工程实现降本增效提供了更好的技术支撑。
  • Abstract
    In view of the problems in ordinary orifice flange grouting technology used in the directional drilling construction for water prevention and control in underground coal mines, such as slurry easy precipitation, small grouting amount, and full hole section grouting, it results in unsatisfactory grouting effect and a large number of repeated footage. On the basis of segment grouting with stopper and underground hydraulic segment pressure technology, combined with underground construction characteristics, we design an MX-100 unaided eye packer which is designed with single channel double flow structure, long rubber drum and protection for easy disen-gagement. The Working performance of packer is verified by in-lab test. We also studied the technology of un-derground fixed point grouting with packer, which forms a set of packer grouting technology. The technology is applied in No. 1 directional drilling hole of floor limestone at the bottom of No. 15150 working face in Xin’ an Mine. The outlet point is located at m depth and the specific yield is m / h. The packer is set at m depth successfully, with setting pressure of MPa. The final grouting pressure reached the rated MPa and the total grouting dry material is t. The amount of grouting is obviously increased compared with similar directional drilling with orifice grouting technology. At the same time, m directional drilling repeat footage is reduced accordingly. The experimental results show that the packer can be set firmly in open hole drilling, which realizes near horizontal directional drilling hole segment fixed point grouting and also reduced unnecessary repetitive advancement. It provides a better technical support for the realization of underground water prevention and control for coal mines.
