    相对于普通石门揭煤,斜井长距离揭煤风险高、难度大。为确保里必煤矿主斜井安全高效穿过突出煤层,根据地质探测、支护设计及揭煤区域3#煤层实测瓦斯参数,分析了斜井长距离揭煤的技术难点,提出了安全揭煤技术对策。采用导硐布孔,提出大孔径增孔深、多“掏穴”、下套管、高负压、气举反循环排渣、固化截抽等“六位一体”综合强化抽采技术体系,显著提高了钻孔施工质量,解决了斜井长距离揭强突出煤层高效抽采难题,有效控制了炮后瓦斯涌出量。采用斜井竖向一次性揭开强突出煤层方法,显著增加了一次揭煤范围;斜井轮廓线密眼切槽预处理方法,解决了过煤段顶板及成型控制难题。实践表明,从揭开3#煤层至穿过煤层法距3m,历时36d,揭煤过程中炮后工作面瓦斯最大0.68%,回风流瓦斯最大0.36%,确保了斜井揭煤作业安全,为类似条件斜井长距离揭煤提供了重要的借鉴意义。
  • Abstract
    Compared with ordinary cross-cut uncovering coal, long -distance coal uncovering in incline has high risk and difficulty. In order to ensure that the main incline of Libi Coal Mine will safely and efficiently pass through the outburst coal seam, the technical difficulties for long-distance coal uncovering of incline are analyzed, and safety measures for uncovering outburst coal seam are proposed, based on the geological exploration results, support design and measured gas parameters of No. 3 seam in coal uncovering area. By using pilot hole layout layout, a comprehensive enhanced extraction technology system of “six in one”, such as increasing the hole depth with large aperture, multiple “enlargement”, casing down, high negative pressure, gas lift reverse circulation slag cleaning, and curing intercept extracting, has been put forward, which significantly improves the construction quality of drilling, solves the problem of efficient extraction from long distance strong outburst coal seam in inclines, and effectively controls gas emission after explosion. The method of vertical uncovering strong outburst coal seam at one time in inclines is adopted, which significantly increases the range of uncovering coal at one time. The problem of roof and structure forming control of roadway in seam is solved by using the method of dense hole slotting along the contour of inclines. It takes days by uncovering No. 3 coal seam and 3meters vertical distance passing through coal seam. The maximum gas concentration in working face after blasting is 0. 68%, and the maximum air return gas is 0. 36% during coal uncovering. The operation ensures safe uncovering and provides an important reference for long-distance coal uncovering in similar coal seams.
