As an emerging industry, new energy plays a crucial role in promoting the upgrading of the national industrial structure, facilitating high-quality economic development and improving the living environment. At present, wind power and photovoltaic power generation in the new energy industry show great market potential and development prospects in China. Especially in the context of the national dual-carbon strategy, the new energy power generation industry has become a key development area for China′s major power groups. However, new energy power generation enterprises are currently facing many financing difficulties. To this end, the causes of financing difficulties of new energy power generation enterprises are analyzed in depth, and corresponding development countermeasures are proposed. Specifically include: ① Increase industrial policy support, the development of targeted support policies, such as tax incentives, financial subsidies, etc., to create a favorable policy environment for enterprise development.② Expand the credit support of financial institutions, guide financial institutions to innovate credit products and services, optimize the credit approval process, and improve the credit investment in new energy power generation enterprises.③ Promote the innovation of equity financing channels, and encourage enterprises to broaden financing channels by listing and introduction of strategic investors.④ Enhance the financing efficiency of new energy power generation enterprises, strengthen the internal management of the enterprises, optimize the financial management process, and improve the efficiency of the use of funds.
