大采高综采工作面液压支架选型研究

    针对金鸡滩煤矿综采工作面存在液压支架支护阻力不足的难题,以4号煤层08103工作面为工程背景,基于工作面基本开采条件,利用理论计算、数值模拟和综合类比分析的方法对液压支架的稳定支护性能进行了分析计算。根据提升工作面回采率原则,结合工作面顶板可控范围的下沉量确定液压支架高度为4.9~7.5m,由自重法计算液压支架最小支护强度为1.44MPa,结合数值模拟计算结果及周围矿区与理论计算结果进行对比验证。分析不同液压支架与煤矿环境的适应程度,确定大采高综采工作面支护采用支护强度为1.45MPa、工作阻力不小于21000kN的ZY21000/38/82D型两柱掩护式综放液压支架,保证综采工作面安全顺利开采。

  • Abstract

    In view of the difficult problem of insufficient support resistance of hydraulic support existing in the fully mechanized mining face of Jinjitan Coal Mine, taking the 08103 working face of the 4th coal seam as the engineering background, based on the basic mining conditions of the working face, the stable support performance of the hydraulic support is analyzed and calculated using methods of theoretical calculation, numerical simulation, and comprehensive analogy analysis. According to the principle of improving the recovery rate of the working face, combined with the subsidence amount of the working face roof controllable range, the height of the hydraulic support is determined to be 4.9-7.5 m. The minimum support strength of the hydraulic support calculated by the self weight method is 1.44 MPa, which is verified by comparing the numerical simulation results with the theoretical calculation results in the surrounding mining area. Analyze the adaptability degree of different hydraulic supports to the coal mine environment, and determine the ZY21000/38/82D two column shield type fully mechanized top coal caving hydraulic support with a support strength of 1.45 MPa and a working resistance of not less than 21000 kN for the support of the large mining height fully mechanized working face, ensure safe and smooth mining of the fully mechanized mining face.
