  • 摘要

    柠条塔煤矿在生产过程中会产生大量的矸石和矿井水,合理合规解决矿山企业矸石和矿井水迫在眉睫。膏体充填巷旁支护沿空留巷可以显著减少煤炭资源的浪费,大量消化煤矸石等矿山固废。为设计合理的膏体材料巷旁支护墙体宽度,以柠条塔煤矿N1215工作面为工程背景,提出了巷旁支护墙体设计方案,利用煤矸石、胶凝粉以及矿井水制作巷旁支护膏体材料,理论计算了沿空留巷的最大载荷为17710kN,数值计算得出巷旁支护墙体垂直应力为20.80MPa。结果表明,膏体材料巷旁支护墙体不仅对矿井产生的固废进行二次利用,并且满足柠条塔煤矿N1215工作面沿空留巷稳定性的要求,为解决煤矿矸石和矿井水处置方式提供了新思路和新路径。

  • Abstract

    During the production process of Ningtiaota Coal Mine, a large amount of gangue and mine water are generated. It is urgent to solve the problem of gangue and mine water in mining enterprises in a reasonable and compliant manner. The paste filling roadway side supporting and rataining roadway along goaf can significantly reduce the waste of coal resources and digest a large amount of solid waste such as coal gangue and others. In order to design a reasonable paste material roadway side supporting wall body width, taking the N1215 working face of Ningtiaota Coal Mine as the engineering backgound, a design scheme for the roadway side supporting wall body is proposed. The roadway side supporting paste material is made using coal gangue, gelling powder, and mine water. The theoretical calculation shows that the maximum load of the retaining roadway along goaf is 17 710 kN, and the numerical calculation shows that the vertical stress of the roadway side supporting wall body is 20.80 MPa. The results indicate that the paste material roadway side supporting wall body not only reuses the solid waste generated by the mine, but also meets the stability requirements of the N1215 working face retaining roadway along goaf in Ningtiaota Coal Mine, providing new ideas and new paths for solving the disposal way of coal gangue and mine water.
