Exploration and Practice of Intelligent Coal Mining Working Face Construction in Youzhong Mine

针对普通机械化采煤工作面存在生产效率低、设备故障率高、安全风险管控难度大的问题,友众矿采用集成创新的方法,应用液压支架电液控制系统、采煤机自动截割系统、智能供液系统、智能运输系统、视频监控与语音通信系统、集中控制系统等智能化技术,建成了以自动控制为主、少量人工干预为辅的智能化采煤工作面。通过实践验证,相比普通机械化采煤工作面,该智能化工作面单产提升30%以上,人均生产效率提高3倍以上。
In view of the problem of low production efficiency, high equipment failure rate, and large difficulty of safety risk management and control existing in ordinary mechanized coal mining working faces, Youzhong Mine adopts an integrated innovation method, applying intelligent technologies such as hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system, automatic cutting system of coal mining machine, intelligent liquid supply system, intelligent transportation system, video monitoring and voice communication system, centralized control system, etc., to build an intelligent coal mining face with automatic control as the main focus and a small amount of manual intervention as a supplement. Through practical verification, it is found that compared to ordinary mechanized coal mining working faces, the per unit yield of intelligent working faces increases by more than 30%, and the per capita production efficiency increases by more than three times.
