    针对新安煤矿1307复采工作面开采过程中采空区自然发火问题,采用理论分析及现场实测相结合的方法,对复采工作面采空区进行综合防灭火工作研究。采取高质量喷涂封闭注浆及采空区大面积饱和式充填为主体措施,采取上巷注浆、下巷注氮相结合,形成了全方位、全覆盖的防灭火立体网络;采取水泥加水玻璃的方式,快速封堵漏风通道,加固巷道顶板及两帮,对巷道掘进期间的顶板管控和防灭火管理起到了积极作用;通过“调、测、封、喷、注、填”等综合防灭火措施落实,控制采空区氧含量及温度变化,达到防止煤体自然发火目的。

  • Abstract

    In view of the problem of spontaneous combustion in the goaf during the mining process of the 1307 repeated mining face in Xin'an Coal Mine, a study on comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing work in the goaf of the repeated mining face is conducted using a method combined with theoretical analysis and on-site actual measurement. High quality spray sealing slurry and large-area saturated type filling of the goaf are adopted as the main measures, and a comprehensive and fully covered fire prevention and extinguishing three-dimensional network is formed by adopting the combination of upper roadway grouting and lower roadway nitrogen injection; The way of using cement and water glass is adopted to quickly seal the air leakage channel, reinforce the roof and two sides of the roadway, which plays a positive role in roof management and control and fire prevention and extinguishing management during the period of roadway excavation. By implementing comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing measures such as "adjustment, measurement, sealing, spraying, injection, and filling", etc, the oxygen content and temperature changes in the goaf are controlled to achieve the purpose of preventing spontaneous combustion of coal.
