    神东矿区煤层埋藏浅、煤层厚度大、顶板冒落后易产生沟通地面的垂直贯通裂隙,使矿井大量漏风,给防治矿井煤炭自燃造成困难。由于区域性缺土少水,传统的黄泥注浆和粉煤灰注浆受条件限制无法实施。矿区因地制宜,在地面注浆站实施山砂注浆,使用徐州意创化工科技有限公司自主研发生产的SSA山砂悬浮剂,结合独创的“胶体滚珠”技术,通过移动式地面注浆设备,精准地将极低水砂比山砂浆液灌注到补连塔煤矿火区位置,对发火区域实行精准覆盖封堵。随着工作面的持续推进和采空区内大量的山砂覆盖,火情得到有效的控制,采空区CO浓度持续降低,治理效果明显。

  • Abstract

    The coal seams in Shendong Mining Area are buried shallowly with large thickness and after roof caving, vertical through cracks that connect with the ground are easily generated, causing a large amount of air leakage in the mine and making it difficult to prevent and govern coal spontaneous combustion in the mine. Due to regional soil and water shortages, traditional yellow mud grouting and fly ash grouting cannot be implemented due to limited conditions. The mining area adapts to local conditions and implements mountain sand grouting at the ground grouting station. SSA mountain sand suspension agent independently developed and produced by Xuzhou ETRON-TECH Co., Ltd. is used in combination with the original creation of "colloidal ball" technology. Through mobile type ground grouting equipment, extremely low water to sand ratio mountain sand slurry is accurately injected into the fire area location of Bulianta Coal Mine, implementing precise coverage and sealing to the ignition area. With the continuous advancement of the working face and the large amount of mountain sand coverage within the goaf, the fire situation is effectively controlled, and the CO concentration of the goaf continues to decrease, with significant governance effects.
