    针对我国富油粉煤资源未被充分合理利用的问题,设计并搭建了一种高频炉快速热解装置,以新疆富油粉煤为原料,研究了快速热解对初始热解产物生成规律的影响。结果表明:随着热解终温和升温速率的增加,轻质可燃气体产量增加,H2摩尔分数超过45%;焦油产率提高,最高可达到煤样格金焦油产率的125%,但也伴随重质组分增加,导致焦油品质降低;GC/MS分析表明,与慢速热解相比,快速热解下焦油中长链烷烃的质量分数降低至1.33%(主要为十六烷),而多环芳烃类物质的质量分数显著增加至61.26%,焦油组分的相对分子质量和芳香性增加;通过比表面积分析发现,快速热解半焦的孔结构部分坍塌或融合,比表面积和微孔数量减少,降低了对氧气的吸附能力,从而降低了半焦自燃的可能性。
  • Abstract
    To address the underutilization of oil-rich pulverized coal resources in China, a high-frequency furnace rapid pyrolysis system was designed and built. Using oil-rich pulverized coal from Xinjiang as feedstock, the effects of rapid pyrolysis on the formation patterns of prima- ry pyrolysis products were investigated. The results show that as the final pyrolysis temperature and heating rate increase, the yield of light combustible gases also increase, with H mole frac- tion over 45% of the generated gases. Additionally, the tar yield reaches 125% of the G-K tar yield of the coal sample, however,this is accompanied by an increase in heavy fractions, leading to a decline in tar quality. GC/MS analysis reveal that compared to slow pyrolysis, the mass frac- tion of long-chain alkanes in tar decreases to 1.33% (mainly hexadecane), while the mass frac- tion of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) significantly increases to 61.26%, resulting in higher relative molecular weight and aromaticity of tar components. BET analysis show that the pore structures of rapid pyrolysis char partially collapse or fuse, leading to a reduction in specific surface area and micropore quantity. Consequently,this alteration lowers the char’s oxygen ad- sorption capacity and mitigates the risk of spontaneous combustion.
