    现阶段光储直流微电网建设运行成本高、缺乏整体规划,急须开展光储氢直流微电网的优化规划研究。文章考虑光储氢直流微电网中光伏电源输出功率的波动性以及负荷变化的不确定性,提出一种基于机会约束的光储氢直流微电网优化规划方法。基于机会约束规划,构建了以建设和运行成本最低为目标的光储氢直流微电网优化规划模型,优化微电网储能容量配置。通过序列运算将模型中含有随机变量的约束进行确定性转化,并在MATLAB中调用CPLEX求解器对模型进行求解。通过仿真计算分析,验证了基于序列运算算法的光储氢直流微电网优化规划方法的有效性和实用性。
  • Abstract
    At the present stage, the construction and operation cost of optical storage DCmicrogrid is high and the lack of overall planning, so it is urgent to carry out the optimizationplanning research of optical hydrogen storage DC microgrid. Considering the fluctuation ofphotovoltaic power output power and the uncertainty of load change in light hydrogen storage DCmicrogrid, an optimization planning method of light hydrogen storage DC microgrid based onopportunity constraint is proposed. Based on the opportunity constraint planning, the optimizationplanning model of optical hydrogen storage DC microgrid with the lowest construction andoperation cost is constructed, and the energy storage capacity configuration of the microgrid isoptimized. Through the sequence operation, the constraints containing random variables in themodel were used for deterministic transformation, and the CPLEX solver was called to solve themodel. Through simulation calculation and analysis, the effectiveness and practicability of theoptimization planning method of optical hydrogen storage DC micro grid based on the sequenceoperation algorithm were verified.
