男,汉族,1963年10月生,山西平陆人。工学博士,二级教授,博士生导师,现任华中科技大学煤燃烧国家重点实验室副主任,华中学者特聘教授。湖北省新世纪人才(2002),武汉“3551”创业人才,内蒙草原英才。获省部级一等奖3项、二等奖2项。申请专利30余项。发表论文200余篇,SCI引用1200余次。合作出版中文著作3部、英文著作2部。
致力于燃烧污染物的排放控制、温室气体减排、制氢固碳一体化等方面的研究。
发明的燃煤电站细颗粒物团聚强化除尘技术,是PM2.5排放控制技术革命性的变革,从物理除尘时代进入化学除尘时代。取得明显创新性成果,为实现超低排放,降低雾霾污染提供新的技术支撑。主持完成了包括国家“863”项目、国家“973”课题、国家自然科学基金项目等20余项。
