摘要
在煤矿水害防治工作中,由于对一些关键概念内涵和本质的理解、认识不到位和不统一,常导致在矿井水文地质条件探查、矿井水害特征的分析诊断、矿井涌水量预测预报及矿井水害防治技术方案制定等方面缺少统一规范的标准,工作内容的针对性和工作成果的实用性不强,使得煤矿水害防治工作经常出现事倍功半的现象。分析了矿井水文地质与水文地质、矿井涌水量与水资源量及疏降水量、矿井采掘工程与水害防治工程等几个关键概念之间的相关性和本质差别,给出了矿井水文地质条件探查、矿井水害特征诊断分析、矿井涌水量预测等工作过程中应注意的关键问题,应取得的重点结果及表征方法,提出了矿井采掘工程与水害防治工程之间的有机联系及协调原则。
