    为解决漳村煤矿薄弱泥岩顶板厚煤层大断面马头门失稳问题,采用钻孔窥视仪对围岩深部破坏情况进行成像观察,分析了马头门破坏原因,并采用FLAC3D软件模拟了围岩失稳破坏过程,研究了其破坏机理,在此基础上提出了加固方案,即先压注水泥基无机材料,充填围岩中的张开裂缝,再补注聚氨酯型高分子化学有机材料,密实围岩微小裂隙,最后对围岩周边施以预应力全长锚固强力锚索支护。结果表明:前后2次分别采用2种材料高压注浆,能够大范围充填岩体裂隙,较好地恢复破碎围岩的完整结构,大幅度提高加固效果,而锚索支护相当于对围岩周边施加了强力的边界条件,使其具有较强的主动抵抗再次变形能力。2种措施配合使用,解决了厚煤层薄弱泥岩顶板条件下破碎马头门的修复难题。
  • Abstract
    In order to solve the instability problem of the large section ingate with thin and weak mudstone roof and thick coal seam in Zhangcun Coal Mine, this art icle identified the causes of ingate damage with imaging observation of deep surrounding rock crushing condition by borehole camera, and used FLAC3D software to si mulate the surrounding rock failure process and analyzed the mechanism of ingate damage. Based on analysis results, reinforcement scheme of the damaged ingate W as proposed, including injecting cement inorganic material, recharging polyurethane chemical organic material and setting full-size grouted pre-stressed anchor cable. T he results showed that injecting two times respectively by two kinds of materials could enlarge the range of fracture flling, recover complete structure of broken rock an d improve the reinforcement effect greatly, yet setting anchor cable was equivalent to apply strength boundary condition to the surrounding rock, with a strong initiative t 0 resist re-deformation. The combination of the two measures could solve the repairing problem of broken ingate with thin and weak mudstone roof and thick coal seam successfully.
