摘要
为解决煤矿生产过程中的高温热害问题,基于煤矿采掘工作面的空间特征和工艺特点,提出了以液态CO2作为冷源的高温矿井液态CO2相变制冷降温技术,运用液态CO2相变释放的冷量与工作面的高温空气进行换热作用,降低工作面的环境温度及湿度,同时将相变产生的气态CO2注入采空区防治煤自燃。液态CO2相变制冷降温系统具有装置结构简单、操作方便、设备投入成本低、适应性强等优点。在板石煤矿52305掘进工作面进行液态CO2相变制冷降温技术的工业性试验。结果表明,液态CO2的平均消耗速率为1.015 m3/h时,掘进工作面空气温度降低了6.9℃,含湿量减少4.94g/kg,液态CO2的冷量利用率为77.36%。液态CO2相变制冷降温技术能够有效改善井下工作环境,具有较强的推广和应用前景。
