    泡沫金属是能够同时抑制瓦斯爆炸冲击波和火焰波传播的新型阻隔爆材料,但在煤粉环境下泡沫金属阻隔瓦斯爆炸的能力却不得而知。为研究煤粉对泡沫金属阻隔瓦斯爆炸火焰波传播的影响规律,在自行设计的直径120 mm的瓦斯传爆测定装置中,对管道中添加不同参数煤粉后泡沫金属衰减火焰速度的性能进行了实验研究。结果表明:添加粒径为60~80目的 5,10,50,100 g煤粉后,爆炸火焰波衰减率分别为92.95%,97.93%,80.95%,92.05%。对于特定参数的泡沫金属,煤粉质量在一定范围内会造成阻隔性能的降低。分析发现煤粉粒径越接近泡沫金属孔径,煤粉越易滞留于阻隔材料,泡沫金属的阻隔效果也越差。100 g 40~60目的煤粉添加后导致泡沫金属的火焰波衰减率降低为68.23%。研究结果显示,管道中的煤粉质量和粒径均可对泡沫金属的阻隔性能产生重要影响。
  • Abstract
    Foam metal is a new type of material which can inhibit gas explosion flame and pressure wave. But its isola- tion performance is unpredictable under the environment of coal dust. To research the influence regulation of foam met- al’s isolation on gas explosion flame after adding coal dust with different parameters in pipe,the experiment was car- ried out in a gas explosion transfer device designed by ourselves and its diameter is 120 mm. The results show that the attenuation rate of gas flame wave were 92. 95% ,97. 93% ,80. 95% ,and 92. 05% respectively after adding 5 g, 10 g,50 g,and 100 g coal dust with particle sizes of 60 -80 mesh. For the foam metal with specific parameters,the quality of coal powder can reduce the barrier performance in a certain range. In comparing the attenuation rates of foam metal,the closer to the foam metal’ s aperture the dust particle size was,the more likely stranded in barrier material the dust was,and even worse the barrier effect of the foam metal would be. Its attenuation rate was falling to 68. 23%when 100 g coal dust (40-60 mesh) added. The study found that the quality and particle size of coal dust in pipe can make important influence on foam metal’s blocking performance.
