    为解决西部矿区弱胶结富水巷顶板围岩胶结性差、强度较低,在顶板含水层的影响下围岩强度进一步弱化,导致巷道支护困难的问题,以大南湖矿111801工作面运输巷为工程背景,综合采用实验室试验、数值模拟以及现场实测等方法,开展富水条件下弱胶结顶板围岩控制技术研究。研究发现,弱胶结岩体含有大量吸水性、膨胀性黏土矿物,内部存在众多的孔洞、裂隙,在水作用下易泥化、崩解、风化,导致岩体强度弱化;顶板含水层是引起弱胶结富水顶板巷道变形破坏的关键因素。工程实践表明采用弱胶结富水巷道锚索注浆合理保水+淋水量大且利于疏水的巷道低处集中布置疏水孔有控疏水+高性能高可靠度锚杆锚索支护相结合的综合控制技术,围岩变形量较小,保证了矿井的安全生产。

  • Abstract
    In order to solve the roadway support difficult problem that surrounding rock of weakly consolidated watery roadway in western China, poor cementation and low strength,more serious under the influence of roof water, based on No.111801 head entry of Dananhu Mine, the comprehensive use of laboratory tests, numerical simulation and field measurement and other methods are carried out to study on the problem. It is found that the weakly consolidated rock mass contains plenty of water-absorbent and expansive clay minerals with many internal pores and fissures. Under the action of water, the rock mass tends to muddy, disintegrate and weather, resulting in the weakening of the rock mass. Therefore, the roof aquifer is a key factor in the deformation and failure of the weakly consolidated roof. Engineering practice shows that the deformation of the surrounding rock is controlled, after adoption of a comprehensive control technique for reasonable water retention with grouting cable anchor, controllable water draining with arranging technical parameters of drainage holes and anchor cable support of high performance and high reliability.
