摘要
为获得高压水锤冲击系统动态特性曲线,对高压水锤结构和冲击系统运动过程进行了详细分析。根据功率键合理论,构建了基于AMESim的冲击系统试验仿真模型,获得了活塞和配流阀阀芯的位移、速度、加速度等动态特性曲线。同时以冲击压力、冲击流量、活塞质量为因变量,分别对冲击末速度、冲击频率、冲击能等冲击性能参数的影响规律进行研究。研究结果表明:冲击性能参数随冲击压力呈线性关系增加;冲击性能参数随冲击流量增加而增加,趋势为先快后缓慢;活塞质量在很大程度上对冲击性能参数的输出能力起到决定性作用。

Abstract
In order to obtain the dynamic characteristic curve of the water powered DTH hammers impact system,analyzed the structure and motion process of the impact system.Based on the theory of power bonding,built the AMESim simulation system test model of the impact system,and obtained the dynamic characteristics curve such as displacement,velocity,acceleration of the piston and the valve core.For further study,take the impact pressure,the impact flow and the piston quality as dependent variable,the influences of impact velocity,impact frequency and impact energy on impact performance parameters were studied respectively.The results showed that the impact performance parameter increased linearly with the impact pressure,increased with the impact flow rate,and the trend is first fast and then slow,and the piston mass played a decisive role in the output capability of the impact parameters.
