煤岩破裂裂纹演化过程声-电信号时频特征研究

    为了探究煤岩破裂裂纹演化过程声-电物理信号规律,开展了单轴压缩条件下煤岩试样失稳破坏全程声-电信号的监测试验,重点分析了煤岩试样裂纹演化过程不同阶段声-电信号时频域特征,并对声-电信号相关参数进行了量化分析。研究结果表明:煤岩破裂裂纹演化过程依次经历了微破裂、次破裂和主破裂阶段,各阶段应力突变和声-电信号的产生及变化具有较好的一致性;随着裂纹逐渐演化,煤岩试样电荷信号峰值均值和声发射能量峰值均值都逐渐增大,高值电荷和声发射信号的同时产生预示着煤岩处于次破裂阶段,可以作为煤岩临近失稳破坏的前兆信息;裂纹的不同演化阶段对煤样电荷幅值的影响要大于对声发射能量幅值的影响;随着煤岩试样裂纹逐渐演化,声-电信号主频逐渐向低频转变,且主频幅值逐渐增大,由此可将声-电信号主频降低以及主频幅值增长的趋势作为煤岩失稳破坏的前兆特征;裂纹的不同演化阶段对岩样声发射能量主频幅值的影响要大于煤样。
  • Abstract
    In order to investigate the acoustic-charge physical signal law of coal and rock fracture crack evolution process,the monitoring test of whole process acoustic-charge signals of coal rock samples failure under uniaxial compression condition was carried out.The time-frequency domain characteristics of acoustic-charge signals in different stages of crack evolution of coal and rock samples are analyzed and the correlation parameters of acoustic-charge signals are quantitatively analyzed.The results show that the evolution process of fracture crack of coal and rock goes through the stages of “micro-fracture”,“secondary fracture” and “main fracture” in turn,and the stress mutation and the generation and change of acoustic- charge signals are consistent in each stage.As the crack evolves,the mean peak value of charge signals and acoustic emission energy of coal and rock samples increase gradually.And the high value charge and acoustic emission signal are produced simultaneously,which indicates that the coal and rock are in the stage of “secondary rupture”,which can be used as the precursor information of coal and rock near instability failure.The effect of crack evolution on the charge amplitude of coal samples is greater than that on acoustic emission energy amplitude.With the evolution of crack in coal and rock samples,the main frequency of acoustic-charge signal gradually changes to low frequency,and the amplitude of main frequency increases gradually.Therefore,the decreasing of main frequency and the increasing trend of the amplitude of main frequency can be regarded as the precursor characteristics of the instability and failure of coal and rock.The influence of different evolution stages of cracks on the main frequency amplitude of acoustic emission energy of rock samples is greater than that of coal samples.
