地震诱发煤矿次生灾害隐患排查体系构建

  • 摘要

    矿山安全工作较少考虑地震灾害的影响,不能满足国家新时代新形势对矿山安全提出的新要求。研究了煤矿遭受地震灾害典型案例,探讨了煤矿生产事故与地震灾害之间的关系,并针对地震诱发煤矿次生灾害防治存在的主要问题,研究了以煤矿生命线系统为主的承灾体隐患类型,揭示了承灾体隐患与震后煤矿次生灾害类型之间的关系;在此基础之上,研究提出了地震诱发煤矿次生灾害隐患排查方法,构建了地震诱发煤矿次生灾害隐患排查指标体系。研究结果表明:煤矿抵抗地震诱发次生灾害的承灾体隐患类型较多,地震可能诱发的煤矿次生灾害类型包含次生矿井水害、次生瓦斯灾害、次生冲击地压灾害、次生机电事故、次生运输提升事故、井巷工程破坏、人员伤亡和设备受损等;以煤矿生命线系统为主线构建的地震诱发煤矿次生灾害隐患排查体系,包含煤矿地震灾害防治基础信息、地面工程排查、矿井工程排查等三大类型32 项基础信息24 项排查指标,能够全面覆盖煤矿主要地震承灾体,具有较强的针对性和可操作性,这对全面排查煤矿地震次生灾害隐患,精准提升煤矿抗震设防水平和抗震能力具有重要意义。


  • Abstract

    The influence of earthquake disaster is seldom considered in daily mine safety work, which can not meet the new requirements of mine safetyin the new era and new situation. In this paper, through the study of typical cases of coal mine earthquake disaster, there is a close relationship between coal mine production accidents and earthquake disasters. In view of the main problems existing in the prevention and control of earthquake induced secondary disasters in coal mines, the types of hidden dangers that may exist in the disaster bearing body mainly composed of coal mine lifeline system are studied, and the relationship between the potential hazards in the disaster bearing body and the types of post earthquake secondary disasters in coal mines is revealed;Based on this,the hidden danger investigation methods of coal mine earthquake disaster bearing bodies are proposed, and the hidden danger investigation index system of coal mine earthquake disaster bearing bodies is constructed.The research results show that: there are many types of potential hazards in coal mine to resist earthquake induced secondary disasters, including secondary mine water disaster, secondary gas disaster, secondary rock burst disaster, secondary electromechanical accident, secondary transportation and lifting accident, tunnel engineering damage, casualties and equipment damage, etc; based on the lifeline system of coal mine, the hidden danger investigation system of earthquake induced secondary disasters in coal mine includes 3 types, 32 kinds of basic information and 24 kinds of investigation indexes, including basic information of earthquake disaster prevention, ground engineering investigation and mine engineering investigation, can fully cover the hidden danger investigation work of coal mine earthquake disaster bearing body. This is of great significance to comprehensively investigate the hidden dangers of secondary disasters in coal mines, and accurately improve the seismic fortification level and seismic capacity of coal mines.
