    超大采高工作面的设备体积大、重量大,工作面回撤难度加大。上湾煤矿12401综采工作面为8.8 m超大采高智能工作面,其工作面的快速回撤是亟待解决的问题。为保证12401综采工作面8.8 m超大采高智能工作面设备安全高效回撤,降低对生产接续的影响,开展超大采高工作面设备智能化安全快速回撤工艺实践,针对上湾煤矿12401综采工作面为8.8 m超大采高智能工作面的设备配置,提出了超大采高综采工作面液压支架、采煤机、液压支架等大型设备回撤方案及工序安排,提出了回撤空间顶板“锚杆+网片+锚索+钢带+隐形托盘”联合支护技术。实践表明:上湾煤矿12401综采工作面8.8 m超大采高智能工作面设备安全高效回撤仅用时15 d,提高了安全系数和回撤效率,工艺应用效果较好,为8.8 m智能超大采高综采工作面的安全高效回撤提供理论依据和技术借鉴。
  • Abstract

    The equipment of super-high mining height working face is large in volume and weight, making it more difficult to withdraw the working face. The 12401 fully mechanized working face in Shangwan Coal Mine is 8.8 m super-high intelligent working face, and its rapid retreat is an urgent problem to be solved. In order to ensure safe and efficient withdrawal of equipment at 8.8 m super-high intelligent working face of 12401 fully mechanized mining face and reduce the impact on production connection, the practice of intelligent safe and rapid withdrawal of equipment at super-high working face of 12401 fully mechanized mining face is carried out. The scheme and process arrangement of hydraulic support, shearer, hydraulic support and other large equipment in fully mechanized mining face with super large mining height are proposed, and the combined support technology of “bolt + mesh + anchor cable + steel belt + invisible tray” is proposed for the space roof of the pullback. The practice shows that the safe and efficient withdrawal of equipment in 12401 fully mechanized working face with 8.8 m super-mining height in Shangwan Coal mine only takes 15 d, which improves the safety factor and withdrawal efficiency, and the process application effect is good, providing theoretical basis and technical reference for the safe and efficient withdrawal of 8.8 m fully-mechanized working face with over-mechanized working height.
