Research and application of automatic pressure equalization simulation experiment system based on microcontroller control

目前,煤矿井下工作面均压主要以调节风窗加调压风机均压系统为主。在实际调压过程中,主要通过调节风窗开口面积来实现工作面均压,而这种方法存在调节不及时、不准确和工作量大等问题。针对这一问题,以某煤矿6102 工作面通风系统为蓝本,研制了该工作面均压系统的物理相似模型,设计了一种基于单片机控制的煤矿均压自动控制系统并进行了测试实验。实验结果表明:该均压自动控制系统具备实时监控和自动控制能力,能够实现工作面的自动均压调节,在实验条件下可以减小采空区漏风30%左右,为该煤矿井下应用均压自动控制系统提供了参考。
At present, the air pressure equalization system in coal mine underground working faces mainlyconsists of a regulating air window and a pressure regulating fan. In the actual air pressure regulation process,the air pressure equalization of the working face is mainly achieved by adjusting the opening area of the airwindow. However, there are issues with untimely, inaccurate, and heavy workload in this adjustment method.Taking the ventilation system of the 6102 working face of a certain coal mine as a sample, a physical similaritymodel of the air pressure equalization system of the working face has been developed, and an automatic controlsystem for coal mine air pressure equalization based on micro-controller control has been designed and tested.The results show that the automatic adjustment of air pressure equalization on the working face can be achievedthrough the air pressure equalization automatic control system, and it has real-time monitoring capabilities.Under experimental conditions, the air leakage in the goaf can be reduced by about 30%, which provides areference for the application of pressure equalization automatic control system in the coal mine underground.
